The PRIDE program focuses in on an employee's sense of pride in their work, by understanding and assessing the feelings employees have toward their jobs, team or work group, and the company workplace.

    Assesses the pride that employees develop in their team, the team’s accomplishments, and their willingness to give extra for the benefit of the team.

    Assesses how employees view the organization and its reputation in the larger community.
    6 chapters included

Program Description

This program consists of a brief introduction and multiple chapters.
Chapters take about 15 minutes to complete and each has a specific FOCUS AREA to support your development.
