The CAMARADERIE program focuses on the employees’ sense of camaraderie in the workplace by assessing the quality of the intimacy, hospitality, and community within the workplace..

Program includes the following courses:

  • Authenticity

    Assesses people’s enjoyment of their colleagues, their sense that they can be themselves, and that they can count on and support each other.

  • Hospitality

    Assesses the extent to which employees feel the work environment is friendly and welcoming and they can have fun and enjoy each other’s company.
    4 chapters included

  • Community

    Reflects the deepest level of camaraderie that is developed within a group and assesses the extent to which employees consider that there is a sense of teamwork.
    3 chapter included

Program Description

This program consists of a brief introduction and multiple chapters.
Chapters take about 15 minutes to complete and each has a specific FOCUS AREA to support your development.
