PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL Terms of Service

By purchasing a PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL individual program (“Programs”) or Subscription (“Services”), using the Services, or otherwise indicating your agreement as the Subscriber to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), you represent and warrant that (1) an authorized individual acting on behalf of the Subscriber has read and understands and that the Subscriber agrees to be bound by, these Terms and (2) the person signing on behalf of the Subscriber has the authority to bind the Subscriber to these Terms. If the Subscriber does not wish to be bound by these Terms, neither Subscriber nor any of its employees or agents may access or use the Services. Any new features or content which are added to the current Services shall be also subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the current version of the Terms at any time here. Ethos Growth Inc. reserves the right to update and change the Terms by posting updates and changes to the PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL website. You are advised to check the Terms from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service agreement, and PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL Privacy Policy, before you subscribe to Services.

Provisions for Subscription Plans:

1. Subscription and Payment Terms: By purchasing a Subscription Plan, you agree to one full year of service, billed monthly for a period of twelve months. Subscriptions will commence upon initial payment and Ethos Growth Inc. will automatically process the monthly subscription fee for Services each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate for a period of twelve months. Annual subscriptions are billed annually and fees are non-refundable.

2. Renewal Terms: At the end of the initial 12-month term the subscription will automatically renew as an annual subscription, which may be canceled by providing 30 days’ advance written notice. Subscription prices are subject to change at any time following the initial term based on PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL’s then-current subscription rates.

3. Downgrading and Upgrading of Services: Subscribers may downgrade or upgrade their Subscription Plan services at any time during their 12-month term provided (1) that 30 days written notice is provided and (2) that the number of enrolled subscribers in the current plan does not exceed the maximum number of allowed seats in the lower monthly Subscription plan.

4. Cancellation of Services: Subscriber may cancel its subscription at any time but will remain obligated to make the monthly payments until the completion of the twelve-month initial term, at which time the cancellation will become effective.  30 days advance written notice is required.

5. Termination of Services: Ethos Growth Inc. reserves the right to terminate any subscription plan agreement at any time due to nonpayment of services and all access to PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL will be immediately revoked for all students enrolled in the Subscription Plan. A breach or violation of any term in the Terms and Conditions as determined in the sole discretion of Ethos Growth Inc. will result in an immediate termination of your services.

6. Termination of Registration: If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending a message via our Contact Us form.  If you no longer accept these terms of service or any future modifications of these terms of service, you must cease using PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL.  Continued use of the PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL site constitutes acceptance of these terms of service.

Ethos Growth Inc. maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Service” and forms a binding agreement between you and Ethos Growth Inc.. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site
Ethos Growth Inc. provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Ethos Growth Inc. authorizes each User to view the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share, or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

2. User Warranty
As a User, you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other E-learning company and are viewing the Site and Materials solely for the purpose of educational or non-commercial purposes within your business.

3. Restrictions on Use:
Subscriptions must be active to register, enroll, and attend all courses. Subscribers will have access to all on-demand course videos and materials for as long as the subscription is active and in good standing. Students must be enrolled in the applicable seminar or class prior to attending in order to reserve a space in the class.

4. Trademark and Copyright
Ethos Growth Inc., PEOPLE LEADER PORTAL and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Ethos Growth Inc.. and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Hyperlinks
Any links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Ethos Growth Inc. has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

6. No Warranty
The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Ethos Growth Inc. further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Ethos Growth Inc. may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Ethos Growth Inc. makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Ethos Growth Inc. its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lower test scores, interruption of services, or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites linked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.‍

8. Applicable Law
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Ethos Growth Inc. may assign its rights and duties under the Terms & Conditions without notice to any party at any time.

9. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of April 8, 2021 and are subject to change without notice by Ethos Growth Inc. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
