These 5 courses: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie are built on this standard and guide you to become a more Trustworthy leader.

CAMARADERIE focuses on the employees’ sense of camaraderie in the workplace by assessing the quality of the authenticity, hospitality, and community within the workplace.

The DRIVE CAMARADERIE course includes 3 chapters:

  • Authenticity

    Assesses people’s enjoyment of their colleagues, their sense that they can be themselves, and that they can count on and support each other.

  • Hospitality

    Assesses the extent to which employees feel the work environment is friendly and welcoming and they can have fun and enjoy each other’s company.

  • Community

    Reflects the deepest level of camaraderie that is developed within a group and assesses the extent to which employees consider that there is a sense of teamwork.

Course Description

This course consists of a brief introduction and multiple chapters.
Chapters take about 20 minutes to complete and each has specific FOCUS AREAS to support your development.
Chapters are broken-down in to:

  • Actions you can take to improve

  • Videos and articles to support your learning

  • Best practices from other leaders
